Emailing the Enrollment Specialist

Faith Javillo is the Enrollment Specialist for Heritage Christian Childcare. She helps families and staff at both of our campuses, Barnesville and St. Clairsville.

How to Reach Faith

Email is best when you have a question you want answered in writing or when you need to send a document.

When to Contact the Enrollment Specialist

Contact Faith with questions about:

  • Enrolling a child

  • Child care assistance through the Ohio Department of Children and Youth (DCY), including voucher billing

DCY approval letters: Before a child can be billed under DCY, the Enrollment Specialist must have your DCY approval letter. Your child can start before then, but you will be billed the parent-pay rate until approval is confirmed.

For day-to-day matters like absences, pickup, or classroom questions, contact your campus directly.

What to Put in Your Email

Include these three things so Faith can help you quickly:

  1. Your child's name, the full first and last name.

  2. Your campus, either Barnesville or St. Clairsville.

  3. Your question, in a sentence or two. If it's about a bill or a date, say which week or date you mean.

A good subject line helps too, for example: "Enrollment question – [Child's Name] – Barnesville."

Sample Email

Subject: Enrollment question – [Child's Name] – St. Clairsville

Hi Faith,

My child, [Child's Name], attends the St. Clairsville campus. [Your question here.]

Thank you, [Your Name] [Best phone number to reach you]

Do Not Email Sensitive Information

To protect your family's privacy, do not include any of these in an email:

  • Social Security numbers

  • Bank account, routing, or credit/debit card numbers

  • Other personal ID numbers

For Staff

Staff can use the same email and extension. Put the child's name and campus in the subject line, and keep sensitive ID numbers out of the message.
