Center Management

Our center has a team of like minded people working together to make it a quality place for your family. Our Corporate Office consists of 3 owners who are actively involved in the development of the company, ensuring quality and training to our staff and safety for our children. We employ quality office assistants and Administrators who are available to you daily. Our Lead Team Members are educated Teachers, trained in Child Development, and can assist with your child’s curriculum and developmental needs.

We’re here to answer any questions, discuss concerns, and help you with your child’s educational and developmental needsat any time. Each center is also supported by an on-site Administrator and management team. If you have any questions or concerns that you’re not able to successfully resolve with the on-site Administrator or management team, please feel free to contact your center directly using the contact information posted at your center and in the back of this handbook.

Our Team Members

We have Administrators, Lead Teachers, Assistant Teachers, Aides, and Floats throughout our center, each individually trained in their classrooms. Not just anyone can be a teacher or team member here at Heritage. We only choose natural-born leaders who have a special talent to work with children who fit our KC3 Culture of Kind, Creative, Caring & Clean. All our team members are just as likely to get their hands messy helping with an art project, playing in the sand and getting on the floor at your child’s level. We teach and instruct our team members to manage classrooms with multiple personalities and many children at a time, while maintaining utmost professionalism. It takes a special person to remain calm and active in a childcare setting and we hold our team members to a high standard. Our teachers also participate in regular professional development opportunities so that they can learn the latest in early childhood education and give your child the very best care every day.

Attracting Quality Team Members

It is our goal to attract quality team members who are top notch in the childcare industry, to serve you better. We value very deeply the people we choose to teach and instruct your children; we do not take this honor lightly.

We conduct quarterly staff surveys to make sure everyone who works in our center is engaged at work, remaining professional and keeping our KC3 Culture at the forefront. (Kindness, Creative, Caring, & Clean) In addition, they assess the Owners/Admin to ensure they are being fair and taking well care of them and their needs. Listening to our team members and taking care of them is one of the most important things we dobecause when our teachers are happy, our families are, too!
