Add Meal Counts from Brightwheel to Kidkare
Purpose:
The purpose of this task is to make sure all meal counts from Brightwheel are correctly added to KidKare based on students’ attendance times, ensuring accurate and complete meal records.
 
## Step 1

To begin, we will log in to the account of Ms. Shaniqua in Brightwheeland KidCare.
 
## Step 2

After you have logged in to the accounts of Ms. Shaniqua, you’ll go to Brightwheel and click on Reporting, then right below, click on Reports
 
## Step 3

Once you're on Reports, click on Check-In
 
## Step 4

When in Check-In, you have to check what date it was last updated on KidCare. Once you have set the date, you can click on Apply.
 
## Step 5

After that, you will see all the students and their Time-In and Time-Out. The Time-In and Time-Out will be your basis because they follow specific times for serving meals. Breakfast is served from 6:30 AM to 7:30 AM, Lunch from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and PM Snack from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.

So, anyone who timed in late—for example, at 7:31 AM or later—is considered to have not had Breakfast. Anyone who timed in at 12:01 PM or later is considered to have not had Lunch. Students who timed out earlier than 2:00 PM are considered to have had a PM Snack, if they are Missingthey’reconsidered to have had PM Snack because they are in the timeframe.

So basically, wedon’t know what time they serve—early or late—so our main basis is the timeline provided to us. Right above, you will be able to see this. This is where you will be able to see the count of people who had Breakfast till PM snack, and you can count it in Brightwheel.

Make sure that the count from to totals 25, matching the number of children who Timed-In and Timed-Out in .

After completing the task, you need to update Click Up with the progress, whether it's completed, still pending, or if there are remaining items.
