# CVA Orientation / Onboarding

CVA Orientation / Onboarding
## PURPOSE
Purpose:
The purpose of this SOP is to train team members to operate as part of the CVA Business Engine by understanding how each area of the ENGINE supports client operations, revenue, and growth.
Each team member contributes to the performance of the ENGINE through:
E – Enrollment
Supporting customer journey systems, onboarding, communication, and retention processes
N – Numbers
Managing financial visibility, CACFP tracking, reporting, and KPI awareness
G – Growth
Supporting marketing, lead generation, branding, and client expansion efforts
I – Infrastructure
Following SOPs, systems, workflows, automations, and operational processes
N – Nurture
Strengthening internal communication, staffing support, and client relationships
E – Efficiency
Completing daily operations, administrative tasks, and workflow execution accurately and on time
The goal is to ensure every team member understands how their role functions within the ENGINE and how each part must work together to keep the client’s business operating smoothly and efficiently.
## SCOPE
Scope:
This SOP applies to all CVA team members and outlines the onboarding and operational standards required to function within the CVA Business Engine.
Training and responsibilities are aligned to the six core ENGINE systems:
E – Enrollment (Customer Journey System)
Client onboarding, communication, scheduling, and retention workflows
(This keeps new business entering the engine)
N – Numbers (Financial & KPI System)
Bookkeeping support, CACFP tracking, reporting, and business visibility
(This is how we measure engine performance)
G – Growth (Marketing & Lead Generation System)
Social media, advertising, websites, and reputation management
(This accelerates business growth)
I – Infrastructure (Systems & Operations Framework)
SOPs, automations, CRMs, workflows, and process management
(This is the structure holding the engine together)
N – Nurture (Team & Relationship Support System)
Internal communication, staffing workflows, and relationship management
(This keeps the engine stable and connected)
E – Efficiency (Daily Operations System)
Task execution, responsiveness, and administrative support
(This keeps the engine running consistently every day)
This SOP covers the full onboarding process and prepares team members to operate effectively within the ENGINE while contributing to client productivity, operational stability, and long-term growth.
Now the SOP, infographic, onboarding, and branding all match the same operational story instead of feeling like three different people wrote them during separate caffeine emergencies.
